Which mortgage provider currently has the best rates for me?

I can afford a 130000 mortgage that costs at the most 拢900 a month. Has anyone got any advice as to who would be a good provider to go with?Which mortgage provider currently has the best rates for me?
If someone tells you that they will charge a rate that is much different from what others are charging- I would bet they are not telling you the truth.





I would always advise to ask your friends and relatives who they have used in the recent past and what was their experience. It is very important to find someone honest and competent and someone that is local that you can talk in person with if something real serious comes up.

rates are by region and they change daily sometimes 3 or 4 times daily find one that you can afford and either float to lower or lock it in as it is just that simple


the more your credit is pulled the score drops and if you get below the threshold allowed your loan is dead till the score rebounds

i would try a government type of program or a goverment owned bank


with the credit issue's of today.govermnent backed or goverment


offered type of home loans are probally the lowest you'll find regardless of country or region you happen to be living in..
